By accessing or using clnk (including clnk.sg, our mobile
applications, and NFC products), you agree to be bound by these
Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our
services.
Section 01
Agreement to Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding
agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and The Rescue
Tribe Pte. Ltd. ("clnk," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of
the clnk platform available at clnk.sg and via our native mobile
applications.
By creating an account, tapping an NFC card, scanning a QR code,
or otherwise accessing any part of our Service, you confirm that
you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you are
using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that
you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the
Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of
the revised Terms. We will notify registered users of material
changes via email or in-app notice.
Section 02
Definitions
Service
The clnk platform, including clnk.sg, mobile applications (iOS
and Android), and any associated NFC or QR-based products.
Profile / Link Stack
A user-created digital page that aggregates personal or
professional information, links, and contact details.
NFC Card
A physical near-field communication card issued by clnk or a
third party that, when tapped, directs to a user's Profile.
User Content
Any data, text, links, images, or information you upload,
submit, or publish through the Service.
Profile Visitor
Any individual who views a user's Profile, whether via NFC
tap, QR code scan, or direct URL.
Connected Account
A third-party social or professional account (e.g. LinkedIn,
Instagram) that a user links to their Profile.
Section 03
Description of Service
clnk is a digital identity and networking platform that allows
users to create a personal or professional link stack page — a
centralised profile containing contact information, social links,
and other relevant data. Profiles can be shared via:

NFC-enabled business cards (tap-to-share)
—
QR codes generated by the platform
Our mobile applications (iOS and Android) are currently provided
as webview-based shells that load the clnk web application.
Feature sets available on mobile may evolve over time as native
functionality is introduced.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect
of the Service at any time, with or without notice, though we will
make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.
Section 04
Eligibility, Child Safety & Account Registration
To use the Service, you must be at least 13 years of age. If you
are under 18, you confirm that you have obtained consent from a
parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect data from
children under 13; if we become aware of such collection, we will
delete the relevant data promptly.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and
complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the
confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities
that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at
legal@clnk.sg or hello@clnk.sg if you suspect unauthorised access
to your account.
We reserve the right to refuse registration or suspend accounts at
our discretion, including where we reasonably suspect misuse of
the platform.
Section 05
User Content & Data
You retain ownership of all User Content you submit to the
Service. By publishing content on clnk, you grant us a worldwide,
royalty-free, non-exclusive license to host, store, display, and
transmit that content solely for the purposes of providing and
improving the Service.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and
appropriateness of your User Content. You represent and warrant
that:

You own or have the rights to all content you post

Your content does not infringe any third-party intellectual
property rights
—
Contact details and personal information you display belong to
you or have been shared with your explicit consent
—
Your content complies with all applicable laws in Singapore
and your local jurisdiction
Important:
Your Profile is publicly accessible by default. Any information
you choose to display — including name, phone number, email, and
links — may be viewed by anyone who accesses your Profile URL,
scans your QR code, or taps your NFC card. Please only publish
information you are comfortable sharing publicly.
Section 06
NFC Cards & Physical Products
Where clnk provides or facilitates the supply of physical NFC
cards, the following terms apply:

NFC cards are linked to your clnk account and Profile at the
time of activation
—
You are responsible for keeping your NFC card secure; clnk is
not liable for misuse arising from loss or theft of your card
—
Deactivation of your account will disable NFC redirect
functionality associated with your cards
—
Physical cards are not eligible for return or refund once
personalised and dispatched, unless they arrive defective
—
clnk does not guarantee uninterrupted NFC functionality, which
may be affected by device compatibility or network conditions
Third-party NFC card providers integrated with clnk are subject to
their own terms. clnk is not responsible for the quality or
delivery of products fulfilled by third parties.
Section 07
Analytics & Tracking
clnk collects analytics data to help you understand how your
Profile is being engaged with. This includes:

Number of Profile views
—
NFC card tap events (timestamp, approximate location where
permitted)
—
Link click-through counts
—
Approximate geographic data (country/region level)
—
Device and browser type of Profile Visitors
Analytics data is associated with your Profile but does not
individually identify Profile Visitors unless they actively choose
to share their information with you. We process this data in
accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection
laws, including Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012
(PDPA) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection
Regulation (GDPR).
Profile Visitors should be aware that their interaction with a
clnk Profile may be logged for the Profile owner's analytics. No
personally identifiable information about Visitors is shared with
Profile owners without the Visitor's consent.
Section 08
Third-Party Integrations
clnk allows you to connect or display links to third-party
accounts and platforms (including but not limited to LinkedIn,
Instagram, X/Twitter, WhatsApp, and other social or professional
networks). When you connect such accounts:

You authorise clnk to display publicly available information
from those platforms on your Profile, in accordance with those
platforms' APIs and terms
—
clnk does not store your credentials for third-party platforms
—
You remain bound by the terms of service of each third-party
platform you connect
—
clnk is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or
content of third-party platforms
—
Changes to third-party APIs may affect how Connected Accounts
are displayed; we will make reasonable efforts to maintain
functionality
Links displayed on your Profile are your responsibility. clnk does
not endorse or verify the content of external sites you choose to
link to.
Section 09
Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:

Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your
affiliation with any person or organisation
—
Distribute spam, unsolicited commercial communications, or
phishing links
—
Upload or link to content that is unlawful, defamatory,
obscene, harassing, or violates any third-party rights
—
Use automated tools or bots to scrape, harvest, or extract
data from the Service
—
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the
Service or its infrastructure
—
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service
or another user's account
—
Use the Service to facilitate illegal activities under
Singapore law or the laws of your jurisdiction
—
Circumvent any usage limits, security measures, or technical
controls of the Service
Violation of this Acceptable Use policy may result in immediate
suspension or termination of your account, at our sole discretion,
without prior notice.
Section 10
Intellectual Property
The clnk name, logo, platform design, software, and all associated
intellectual property are owned by or licensed to The Rescue Tribe
Pte. Ltd. and are protected under Singapore and international
intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works
of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any part of our
proprietary platform without our express written consent.
Nothing in these Terms transfers any clnk intellectual property
rights to you. Your licence to use the Service is limited,
non-exclusive, revocable, and non-transferable.
Section 11
Privacy & Data Protection
Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy
Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In
summary, we collect and process the following categories of data:

Account data: Name, email address, phone number provided
during registration

Profile data: Information you choose to display on your public
Profile
—
Usage data: NFC tap events, QR scan events, page visits, and
link clicks
—
Device data: IP address, browser type, device type, and
operating system
—
Third-party data: Public profile data from Connected Accounts,
as authorised by you
We process personal data in compliance with Singapore's Personal
Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). For users located in the European
Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom, we also comply with the
GDPR and UK GDPR respectively, including providing appropriate
data transfer safeguards.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your
personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@clnk.sg. We
will respond within 30 days.
Section 12
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without
warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including
warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose,
or non-infringement.
clnk does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted,
error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components. We do not
guarantee that Profile data will be preserved indefinitely.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, clnk's total
liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these
Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the
amount you paid to clnk in the 12 months preceding the claim, or
(b) SGD 100.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special,
consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to
loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities, even
if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Note for consumers:
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes statutory rights you
may have under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act
(Singapore) or equivalent legislation in your jurisdiction that
cannot be lawfully excluded.
Section 13
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from your account settings
or by contacting us at support@clnk.sg. Upon deletion:

Your public Profile will be deactivated immediately
—
NFC card redirects linked to your account will be disabled
—
We will delete your personal data within 30 days, subject to
retention obligations under applicable law
—
Aggregated, anonymised analytics data may be retained
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any
time if we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that you have
violated these Terms or that your use of the Service poses a risk
to us, other users, or third parties. Where practicable, we will
notify you prior to termination.
Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive
termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers,
limitation of liability, and governing law — will remain in effect
after termination.
Section 14
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict
of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms,
including any question regarding their existence, validity, or
termination, shall be referred to and finally resolved by
arbitration in Singapore in accordance with the Arbitration Rules
of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre ("SIAC"), which
rules are deemed incorporated by reference into this clause. The
seat of arbitration shall be Singapore. The tribunal shall consist
of one (1) arbitrator. The language of the arbitration shall be
English.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek urgent injunctive
or other interim relief from any court of competent jurisdiction
where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
For users in jurisdictions where mandatory consumer protection
laws require local courts, nothing in this clause prevents you
from bringing a claim in your local courts with respect to those
mandatory rights.

Service constitutes acceptance of any revised Terms.
