Your link-in-bio and booking page can be seen only by those you’ve shared the link or QR code with, or by those who have scanned your CLNK card. We take your data security seriously and have built CLNK on enterprise-grade infrastructure to keep your information protected. • All CLNK data is securely hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers, which are certified for strict global standards including SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 27001, CCPA, and GDPR. • Industry-Standard Encryption: Your data is fully encrypted both in transit (using secure TLS/HTTPS) and at rest on our servers (using database-level key encryption). • Advanced Authentication: We secure your account using ES256 (256-bit) signed tokens and enforce Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) to ensure only authorized users can access specific information. • Active Threat Monitoring: Our systems run continuous security logging to instantly detect, track, and prevent unauthorized access or malicious activity. • You Own Your Data: You can choose to delete your CLNK account at any time. If you do, your personal data and live profile are removed from our active servers immediately. We retain basic system logs for 6 months purely for security and auditing purposes, and any remaining profile statistics are completely anonymized.
