By using clnk, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. We comply with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and applicable global standards like the GDPR.

Information We Collect
We collect information to provide and improve our Service. As outlined in our Terms of Service, we collect the following types of data:
Account Data
When you sign up (including via Google Sign-In), we collect your name, email address, and profile picture.
Profile Data
Information you explicitly choose to add to your public Link Stack, such as your job title, company, phone number, and social links.
Usage & Analytics Data
We log how people interact with your profile. This includes NFC card tap events, QR code scans, page visits, and specific link clicks.
Device Data
We collect IP addresses, browser types, device types, and operating systems from both Profile Owners and Profile Visitors to ensure platform security and provide accurate analytics.
Third-Party Data
Public profile data from Connected Accounts (e.g., LinkedIn, WhatsApp) that you authorize us to display.

How We Use Your Information
We use your data to make clnk work smoothly and safely. Specifically, we use it to:

Communicate with you regarding service updates, security alerts, and support messages.

Publicly Shared Information
clnk is designed for networking. Your clnk Profile is publicly accessible by default. Any information you choose to display on your profile—including your name, contact details, and links—can be viewed by anyone who accesses your URL, scans your QR code, or taps your NFC card. Please only add information to your profile that you are comfortable sharing with the public.

Third-Party Services & Integrations
Google Sign-In
We use Google OAuth for fast and secure account creation. We only request your basic profile information (Name, Email, Profile Picture) to populate your clnk account. We do not access your contacts, emails, or private Google drive files.
Connected Accounts
If you link third-party accounts (like LinkedIn or Instagram), we do not store your login credentials for those platforms.
Section 06
Data Retention & Deletion
We retain your personal data only for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service.
Account Deletion: You can delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your public profile and NFC redirects will be deactivated immediately. We will delete your personal data within 30 days, though aggregated, anonymized analytics data may be retained.

Children's Privacy
Our Service is not intended for anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such data without parental consent, we will take steps to remove that information from our servers promptly.

Depending on your location (including under the PDPA and GDPR), you have the right to:
